New Year of LYF

We would like to thank everyone who has supported LYF’s Journey so far and continue doing so, we would like to take this opportunity to embrace this New Year and are excited to see where LYF take us! We plan to meet many more of our wonderful customers at trade events this year, which we will post very soon on our Instagram and other social media networks #keepaneyeonLYF

For now, we would like to give you tips on how to motivate and inspire yourself this year:

• Treat yourself – if you tend to always be busy or have forgotten the last time you have felt relaxed its time you listen to your body and enjoy a relaxing bath or a girl’s night in.
• Take up a new hobby – get out of your comfort zone and take up a new hobby you never know you might surprise yourself.
• Make a plan – this is very useful to track your progress on what you hope to achieve this you might want to buy a new car or house, so what steps will you take to gain your end result.
  We advise you to plan ahead and invest in a planner or diary or even download an app to plan
  on the go.
• Don’t give up – “After hardship comes ease” when it gets tough you try, try and try again.
  Mistakes are what make us human unless your superwoman, of course, it’s important not to beat yourself up on what is out of your control. Once you see how far you have progressed it will all be worth it.
• Spend time with others – This New Year may fly-by over your head so it’s important to stay in touch with friends and family to support and encourage each other this New Year.
